I've had handfuls and many mentors in my games profession and every one has touched my life in more routes than one. As a youngster growing up, I admired my mentors and they were nearly felt like second guardians to me. The energy of a mentor can be like that of your folks. They can show important life lessons like diligent work, assurance, cooperation, and administration. From past experience, a mentor's effect can always remain with a player until the point that the day he kicks the bucket. The more committed the player, the more probable the player can confide in a mentor. From what I've seen, all great mentors have certain qualities that they all contain. I'll impart to you the three qualities that I trust all great mentors have.
The first and most essential trademark is being dedicated. A mentor must demonstrate that he or she will do pretty much anything for their players. As a player, nothing needs to influence you to need to win more than a mentor that is energetic and adoring towards his or her group. A mentor that is submitted persuades players to be more dedicated to buckling down and being better individuals on or off the field.
The following trademark is trust. A mentor must trust his players on and off the field or court.
